MainoUK are the sole importers of Maino products from MAINO ENRICO-ADRIANO S.n.c., Italy.

ORDERING INFORMATION

To order items from this web site, first select the item, then enter the quantity you require, i.e. 1, then click on 'Add to Cart'.

'When you have finished, click on the 'Cart' button to go to the order summary page on the right hand side of every page.

PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

All prices are exclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated. You can pay using most major credit / debit cards and by using PayPal. Or you can pay by cheque. When paying by cheque, we require payment prior to dispatch.

DELIVERY

All delivery prices are calculated during the checkout process and are quoted for UK Mainland only (unless other options are displayed), as you add items to your shopping cart the delivery price is automatically calculated and can be viewed on the checkout page at any time. The total price shown on the checkout page includes VAT and delivery for the UK Mainland (unless other options are displayed).

For all other orders we will contact you with a quotation prior to despatch.

You can expect delivery of your goods within 28 days of your order, and in most cases, within 7 working days. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 day of your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date, or offer a full refund.

CLAIMS

When you receive goods from S.R.Wheatcroft and Son you shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and you shall notify S.R.Wheatcroft and Son if the goods are rejected.

GENERAL

All goods sold by S.R.Wheatcroft and Son shall remain their property until fully paid for by the purchaser, notwithstanding that the risk in the goods has passed to the purchaser and notwithstanding that the buyer may not have possession of the goods.

DISCLAIMER

S.R.Wheatcroft and Son make every effort to keep this web site up to date. However, errors can occur and where this happens S.R.Wheatcroft and Son will re-confirm prices prior to debiting your card.

INVOICING

A full VAT receipt will be sent with your order.

PRODUCT RETURNS

When you receive goods ordered from S.R.Wheatcroft and Son, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to seven working days starting from the day AFTER the goods were delivered. Please note 7 working days do not include public holidays or weekends.

We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from notification that you wish to cancel the order. This notification must be in writing, and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only. We will only refund the cost of the goods.

You must return the goods to S.R.Wheatcroft and Son, or make them freely available for collection by our appointed courier. If you do not freely return the goods, at your cost, to S.R.Wheatcroft and Son then we may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. This will be deducted from your refund.

If you, the consumer, wishes to return goods, you will return them at your own cost, we will only refund the return carriage if the goods are faulty or are incorrect.

Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.

COMPLAINTS

Should you have a complaint about any product purchased from S.R.Wheatcroft and Son, or about our web site please address this to: complaints@maino.co.uk or contact us by post, telephone, fax or in person. We will review and acknowledge your complaint by email or letter within five working days.

CONTRACT

Automatic confirmation of receipt of your Order does not constitute a Contract between us. A Contract for the Sale of Goods shall only arise on the despatch of the Goods to you.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the terms and conditions listed here
